Born in Paterson, NJ he lived in Totowa before moving to West Orange. He was the Director of Banquets for the East Brunswick Hilton. Prior to that, he was the Executive Maitre D for the Manor in Orange for 20 years and was the assistant manager for Tavern of the Green in NYC, NY. He was a member of the Chaine des Rottiseurs. Survivors include: 3 brothers: Steven E. Vigorito of West Paterson, NJ, Anthony S. Vigorito of Cedar Grove, NJ, Samuel A. Vigorito Jr. of Wayne, NJ Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
