Ron Vigorito was the best boss I ever had. He hired me @ the Crowne Plaza 4/00 he gave me a chance in the hotel business,& he always guided me in the right direction, he was funny, sweet, caring, not only a good boss but a good friend. When he left the Crowne Plaza it was never the same. There was always an emptiness, but he would always call us to say hello. I loved him dearly & I will miss him.I know he is my guardian angel & he will keep guiding me in decisions I make. I will look at our picture from your going away party every day.Miss You Elyse

I met MR.Vigorito, working for him at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The opportunities he has given, as well as guidance to all working under him is immeasurable. He was an extremely pasionate and loving "gentleman"; slightly rough around the edges, but that's what made Ron "Ron". We all love you, and hope your soul is now at rest with your beloved partner Pam. I pray for the good intentions of all the loved ones you've physically left behind. My condolences to all who have suffered this great loss.
I'll truly miss you, big guy!
You had a heart of 24 k gold!

Ron was the most outgoing sincere boss and man, that I have ever known. He was my superior at the Crown Plaza Hotel. We shared many good days as well as bad but he was a good man and I will miss him dearly. I regret that I did not get to go pay my repects but am grateful that I got to say my true feelings of what was a great man in my eyes and many others here at the Crown Plaza. Thank You Ron we will miss you. Love always your true friend Gina.
