Ron Vigorito was the best boss I ever had. He hired me @ the Crowne Plaza 4/00 he gave me a chance in the hotel business,& he always guided me in the right direction, he was funny,sweet,caring, not only a good boss but a good friend. When he left the Crowne Plaza it was never the same. There was always an emptiness, but he would always call us to say hello. I loved him dearly & I will miss him.I know he is my guardian angel & he will keep guiding me in decisions I make.
