Sam was one of those 'Gentle Souls' that not everyone is blessed to meet. He was know as 'Pop' to many and we found ourselves referring to him that way almost immediatelty. We will miss him very much. How lucky his familty is that they had such a treasure to share for so long. And now.... how lucky is Sam that he has joined his beloved Evalyn in God's embrace,forever and ever. Surely, Sam has finally won 'his' lottery. Nice goin' Pop! Our love and sympathy to Pop's family.

Dear Pop, What a kind,gentle and loving man you were. We feel so blessed to have been a part of your life. Thank you for giving us a part of you and Tate for many years. Sam was the nicest and kindest man I have ever met. His love for his late wife Evalyn and for his family and friends was ever present. I will miss him greatly. The only consolation that the family has at a time like this is that he is now in the waiting arms of his beloved wife Evalyn, the woman he loved for so many years. May Sam and Evalyn's strong belief in Jesus and eternal life give those that are left behind some comfort. Alaina, you have always been a great friend and my heart aches for your loss.
