The Chief and I bonded during my years at Idlewild. He was a practical man, a forthright man, and a man who valued freindship. He loved his kids to the exclusion of all else. My life was enhanced having known him.

It was with great sadness that I learned of your passing. So many memories flooded my mind that it brought tears. You were so special. You could always make me laugh, with that contagious laugh of yours. The many card games, sneaking a treat to Jaclyn from your truck at night, to your "Man Cave" smoking your cigars and so much more. You are loved by so many people, and you cannot possibly know how many lifes you have touched. You were a great husband and father. You will forever be in my heart. I love you Joe. XXOOXX Roz
