Joe was one of my dad's best friends. They lived in the apts across the hall from each other. If you listened to the two of them They supervised the building of the Union Avenue bridge. Without their input it would not have gotten built correctly.
Joe was a wonderful man. He was my dad's good friend for many years. They would sit outside the apts and wave to all who passed. They worked at PHS together. Joe said the services at my dad's wake. God has his soul now. May he rest in peace! amen
