Obituary of Alexander L. Giglio, Jr.

Giglio, Alexander L. Jr., age 61 of North Haledon at rest in Dover on October 1, 2008. Born in Bristol, Ct., he lived in Paterson, for most of his life, then in Orange, NJ and in Pennsylvania before moving to North Haledon. He was a Music Instructor for Boys Harbor Performing Arts Center, New York. He was a member of the Musicians Local #214, Paterson and was an Army veteran and he played piano for the US Army Marching Band 2nd Armored Division during Vietnam and played the piano for the President of the United States. Beloved brother of Richard Giglio and his wife, Diane of North Haledon, and Grace Giglio of North Haledon. Dear uncle of Rich Giglio, Jr. and Christina Giglio. He is also survived by his pet dog, Jiggsey. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard RC Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Committal at Cedar Lawn Crematory Chapel, Paterson. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
