To the family, my thoughts will be with every day you were blessed to have such a great man as your father, grandfather, and so on. Uncle Joe was my dad's best friend, more than a brother to him. The only one I could call to make my dad smile and to set him straight. and to me he was like a second father. He was always so proud of me and I always looked forward to shareing my lifes's ups and downs. I will miss you Uncle Joe and we love you. Carol, Lou, Ashley and Michael

Joe was a wonderful man. I only knew him and Dolores for a short time, but whenever we were together it was quality time. I use to call him our poster boy because of how well he was doing with a sickness that usually takes you very quickly. He always had a very endearing smile and caring concern about him. His family dedication was always so obvious as was his love and concern for Dolores. He loved Father Frank and every Vocationist, as we all do.
We'll miss you, Joe. In fact we already do! Hope to see Dolores at masses on Friday.
Love, Vi

Dear Dolores and sons,
Our family extends our heartfelt sympathy to all of you. After losing Paul only 9 weeks ago we understand the profound loss you must feel. We, too, are devasted by your loss. Joe was a nice man and a good neighbor. Take comfort in your family and a lifetime of wonderful memories to get you past your sorrow. When I think of Paul, Rudy, and Joe I am reminded of how devoted they were to their families. We were very lucky to have had them.
Sincerely,
Linda, Diane, & Joanne Russo & families

Dolores, Joseph, Ricky, Robert, Steven- I'm so very sorry for your loss. I just spoke with Robert yesterday. I'll always remember Joe around the yard - always there for a friendly 'hello' and time to chat. The many outdoor parties, and indoor gatherings our families had throughout the years. And, most recently, the kind care he always showed toward my own ailing mother. He was always there to pick up her papers, bring her something from the store, stop by to say hi to her, remind her to get out and see people, stop by to see her in the rehab, and simply be a great neighbor. I will miss your dad very much. I know he is now resting in peace. May you find a peace in knowing that. Love, Donna
