Smith, Charles R. age 91 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on March 30, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Jean (nee Pulhamus) Smith. Loving Father of Marsha Pasquariello and her husband James of Waretown and the late Carole Smith. Brother of Jane Sutton of Clifton. Grandfather of Janine Brownley and her husband Ed, Virginia Talento and her husband Peter and Suzanne Benvenuti and her husband Joseph. Great-grandfather of Matthew and Jake Brownley and Dante Benvenuti. Born in Passaic, he lived most of his life in Totowa and Wayne. He was a Wholesale Milk Man for Farmland Dairy, Wallington for 25 years. After that, he was a Bus Driver for the Wayne Board of Education for 13 years before retiring. Mr. Smith was a WW II Army Veteran. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Paterson Council #240 and Alhambra Aurora Caravan #55, Paterson. He was also an usher at Our Lady of Pompeii R.C. Church, Paterson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of Pompeii R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
