Obituary of Bernice S. Hook

Hook, Bernice S. (nee Perritt) age 86 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on December 31, 2007. Born in Dillon, SC, her family came to Paterson in 1928 where she lived until moving to Totowa 50 years ago. She was a Secretary for several companies in the Paterson area before retiring in 1993. Mrs. Hook was a lifelong member of the Westside United Methodist Church, Paterson. She was also a member of many groups at the church and a Lay Leader for many years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Mountain View Chapter # 205, Wayne for 60 years. She was also a member of Our Lady of Pompeii Senior Citizens for many years. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas Hook. Loving mother of Susan B. Whitty. Adoring sister of the late Vivian Schwartz, Earl Perritt, Anna Woods and Larue Perritt. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 10:00 AM.
