Susan,
Your family and mine have enjoyed many good times together. We have lots of nice memories. Your Mom was a very sweet lady to know. We will miss seeing her at OES.

Susan, my deepest sympathies to you. There isn't much I remember about my childhood (they say the mind is the first thing to go :o) but I do remember your parents and will never forget those memories.

There are so many things I will remember about Aunt Bernice. To me my Aunt Bernice was so beautiful. She was loving and caring and easy to talk to. She made holidays like Easter, Halloween and Christmas fun. I especially remember the Perritt picnics. When the three Perritt girls, Vivian, Anna, Bernice, got together what fun we had. Add in the brothers, Earl and Larue, and stories from the past would flow and our faces would hurt from laughing. This is how I picture them all now. I will miss her smile.

The wonderful memories of Aunt Bernice are too numerous to mention. Most important to me are those from my formative years when, as a young, glamorous sophisticate working in the Big Apple and modeling, she lavished much attention and affection on me. She was my inspiration to enter the business world and thus profoundly affected my life. You couldn't help loving her, and we carry a bit of her with us as we all move forward.

I have many memories of my sweet Aunt Bernice from an early age. From Susan's childhood birthday parties through our Perritt family holiday parties, family vacations, dance recitals – too much to write - Aunt Bernice was always smiling, cooking, and making sure everyone was taken care of. She had a “good heart and was kind to everyone. Aunt Bernice will be sadly missed and has given us many warm memories to remember. Debbie

Mrs. Hook was a lovely, gracious, and very warm person. She brightened any room she was in and her smile was truly the reflection of her soul. Sue, your mom will always be with you and she and your dad will continue to keep you close.

I remember coming in the back door of the house, Mr. Hook at the kitchen table, Mrs. Hook fussing all around us. Sandy Hook, the dog, was underneath everyone's feet. The whole house was decorated for Christmas - every imaginable surface was covered with "snow" and some sort of decoration. It was just a little house, but I was always welcome there like a member of the family. Mrs. Hook was just like a second mother to me. I will miss her.
