Antoinette and I have been friends from the first day I moved into the house next door to her in 1942. She was my dearest and closes friend. We always stayed in touch no matter how far apart we moved from each other. I will deeply miss her, I'm sure all her family and many friends will too. Will miss you till we are together again.

My condolences to Nancy, Ed, Clair and the family. I was the lucky growing up right next door to Antoinette. She always had a friendly welcoming smile. I always ready to go next door to work with her in the yard. As I got older I saw less and less of her. But when ever I did see or talk to her on the phone she always made me feel special. The last time I spoke to her she said that she felt special that I called her. To me she bwas and will always be a bright star in my life. I feel very lucky to have known her. GOD bless her and all her family.

I've known Antoinette over 42 years. She was one the kindest most caring and loving person I ever knew. She touched my heart in so many ways. I will miss her phone calls and all her prayers she always had for me and my family. She had a great life and I'm sure she will always be watching over all of us. I love you and miss you forever. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Love Carmela

My name is Ann Marie. I am a friend of Conrad.
I started thinking about the fact that your grandmother lived for 103 years. Her lifespan saw the greatest advances in human history, the year she was born Joan of Arc was beatified in Rome. She was 8 when the US entered WWI, 11 when women won the right to vote, saw Prohibition, the Great Depression, WWII, the proliferation of the automobile, refrigerators, planes-flight!, heck she was alive when the titanic sank in 1912. She witnessed the growth of America into a superpower, the Cold War, the Civil Rights Movement, she lived through every major war and ever major cultural movement of the 20th century and then lived to see the entire world change from the Pony Express to email and robots landing on Mars. She was a living history from the greatest generation the US ever produced. The loss of her is not just a loss to the family but that of an eye witness to the human experience in the greatest century of change ever on earth, that's what made her so great, she was the embodiment of that change, the product of living through all of that. And we will never get a chance to speak with someone who lived through all of that ever again.

Dear Ed, Claire, Nancy and Families, Please accept my sincere sympathy on Antoinette's
Passing. I so enjoyed the photos from her party this year and she certainly was an inspiration to her family. I regret that I am unable to pay my respects in person as I am out of state. May the happy memories sustain you all in this time of sorrow. May she rest in peace.

Antionette was the first person to come a day after my husbands passing at Middlewoods to extend her love and assistance that very difficult time. I will miss her cherry smile and laughter.
