McGuinness, Joan M. (nee Coyle) age 83 of Ridgewood at rest in Ridgewood on June 9, 2007. Born in Jersey City, NJ she lived in Paterson, then South Carolina before Saddle River for 3 years then to Ridgewood. She was a registered nurse for St. Joseph's Hospital, Paterson, NJ for many years before retiring. Beloved wife of the late George McGuinness. Mother of Marianne McCarthy and her husband, Justin of Ridgewood and Edward McGuinness and his wife, Patricia of South Carolina. Sister of William Coyle of Spring Lake Heights. Sister in law of Alma Suffy and Donald McGuinness. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Bonaventure RC Church, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
