Obituary of Jose A. Rubiani

Rubiani, Sr., Jose A. "Cheo" age 67 of Paterson at rest in Wayne on May 11, 2007. Born in Puerto Rico, he came to Brooklyn, NY in 1957 and resided there before moving to Paterson in 1967. Mr. Rubiani was a Supervisor for Innovative Plastics Inc., Orangeburg, NY for 35 years before retiring in 2000. He was a parishioner of St. Johns Cathedral, Paterson. Beloved husband of the late and former Juana Rios. Father of Jose A. Rubiani Jr. of Elmwood Park, NJ, Gladys Rubiani of Paterson, NJ, Miriam Alonso of Saddle Brook, NJ and Irma E. Jordan of Clifton, NJ. Grandfather of Jose A. Rubiani III, Destino and Jacob Rubiani, Christopher and Jason Alonso and Matthew, Amanda, Gabriella and Charles Jordan. Brother of Iris Rubiani Gutierrez, Electra Rubiani Gutierrez, Luz Rubiani Gutierrez and Lilliam Rubiani Gutierrez all of Puerto Rico and Jenny Rubiani Gutierrez, Angelita Rubiani Gutierrez and Miguel Rubiani all of New York. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. John's Cathedral, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Interment at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Friends may call Monday 7-9 PM and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
