Mazzarone, Frank D. age 87 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on April 9, 2007. Beloved husband of the former Anne Morano. Father of Frank Mazzarone, Jr. and Bonnie Anne Monaco. Brother of Nick Mazzarone. Brother in law of Anne Mazzarone. Cherished grandfather of Robert Monaco. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by 7 brothers and sisters. Born in Paterson, NJ he lived in Paterson before moving to Totowa 45 years ago. He manufactured Trailer Trucks for Veenema and Wiegers, Prospect Park, NJ for 32 years before retiring. Mr. Mazzarone was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa, a member of the Totowa Happy Seniors, a member of the Golden Horizon, Hawthorne, a member of the VFW Post #10104, Totowa, NJ, and the St. James Knights of Columbus, Totowa. He was a WW II Army veteran serving in the CBI Theater and received the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, and the WW II Victory Medal. He also belonged to the I.A.M. Machinist Union. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Friday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 9:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
