Brother of Edward and Gerald Caporuscio. Grandfather of Joey, Nicole, Michael, Nicholas, Johnna, Brianna, Nicholas, Sara, Nicholas and Matthew. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Caporuscio age 73 of West Paterson died Wednesday. Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson before moving to West Paterson in 1969. He was Captain of the Paterson Police Dept., Paterson, NJ for 25 years before retiring in 1984. Mr. Caporuscio was a Navy Veteran. Survivors include his wife: The former Lucille Lavorgna of West Paterson, NJ 2 sons: Serafino Caporuscio of Franklin Lakes, NJ Nicholas Caporuscio of West Paterson, NJ A daughter: Angela Rose Farina of Denville, NJ 2 brothers: Edward Caporuscio of Wantage, NJ Gerald Caporuscio of Franklin Lakes, NJ Also survived by 10 grandchildren.
