It is difficult for me to put into words what Mom has meant to me. She has always been a tower of strength, support, wisdom, and much needed laughter. When my parents left this world, Mom made sure I felt I had someone to turn towards. She has always been present no matter what the circumstances were.
Mom will always be remembered for her Italian "expressions" that somehow made a long story short, and direct to the point. Oh, and let's not forget those famous doggie bags anytime she cooked. :-)
Mom, I love you dearly. You will be sorely missed but I know one day we shall meet again. Please make sure you give my Mom and Dad a hug/kiss for me.
