Philip Ruggiero and Maria Concetta Aliotta and her husband Michele. Brother of Giuseppina Ruggieri, Cesarina Farruggio and Carmela Ruggieri. Grandfather of Anthony, Tina Maria, Rocco, Antonio, and Simona. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Born in Scoglitti, Prov. di Ragusa, Sicily, Italy he came to the United States in 1970 residing in Paterson. After retiring, he resided back to Italy and in Totowa, NJ before moving to Toms River 5 months ago. Mr. Ruggieri was a Dye House Employee for Paragon Dye Company, Paterson, NJ before retiring. He was a member of the Scoglitti Society, Elmwood Park, NJ. Survivors include his wife: The former Concettina Domicoli of Toms River 2 sons: Frank Ruggiero of Totowa, NJ Fr. Philip Ruggiero of St. Maximillian Kolbe RC Church, Toms River, NJ A daughter: Maria Concetta Aliotta of Sicily, Italy 3 sisters: Giuseppina Ruggieri of Italy Cesarina Farruggio of Italy Carmela Ruggieri of Italy Also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 daughter-in-law and 1 son-in-law.
