Frank T. O Loughlin age 80 of Little Falls died Sunday. He was born and raised in Yonkers, NY before moving to Little Falls 2 years ago. He was a Plant Manager for A.E.P. Industries, Moonachie, NJ for 10 years before retiring 10 years ago. Mr. O Loughlin was a member of the American Legion Post #227, Totowa and was a W.W. II Navy Veteran.
