He was an Equipment Operator & Meter Reader for the Totowa Boro D.P.W. He was a Vietnam Air Force veteran. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 227, Totowa. Mr. Putten Vink was also a member of the Riverview Park Fire Department of Totowa as well as a member of the F.&A.M. Mountain View Lodge # 154, Wayne. Survivors include his wife: The former Marilyn E. Robbins of Totowa, N.J. A daughter: Marissa L. Putten Vink of Boston, Mass.
