Templeton, Ernest A. age 63 of Wayne at rest in Paterson on September 29, 2012. Beloved husband of the former Alma Indelli of Wayne. Loving father of Sonata and Kristen Templeton both of Wayne. Dear son of Adele (nee Meloni) Connors and her husband Gerard and the late Ernest Templeton. Fond brother of Adele Stiles of Wantage and Ronald Templeton and his wife Audrey of Wayne. Uncle Ernie will be missed by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and his mother-in-law, Alma. Born in Paterson, he lived in Totowa Boro until 1979 then in Clifton until 1993 before moving to Wayne. He was an employee for Singer-Kearfott Corp., Fairfield/Woodland Park for thirty-two years. He then worked for ITT Corp., Nutley until 2008. Mr. Templeton was a member of the St. Philips the Apostle, Knights of Columbus, Council 11671, Clifton. He enjoyed playing golf and was a big NY Mets and Giants fan. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:45 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of Consolation, Wayne at 10:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Our Lady of Consolation Church Youth Group Ministry, 1799 Hamburg Turnpike Wayne, NJ 07470 and/or American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116 - 7023 would be appreciated.
