Canova, Anna Riva (nee Zodda) of Hernando, Florida formerly of Paterson on September 5, 2004. Beloved wife of the late James Canova. Mother of Joseph Canova and the late Mary Canova La Baugh. Grandmother of Diane Canova McMillan, Mark Werner Canova, Vivian Mary Canova Williams, Dorothy Ruth Canova Heinze, and Kathy Marie Canova Heale. Also survived by 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Friday (time to be confirmed). Born in Palermo, Italy she lived in Paterson for most of her life before moving to New York, then to Florida. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Canova was a member of St. Gerard Rosary/Altar Society and a member of its Legion of Mary.
