Kelleher, Gerard "Jerry" C. of Little Falls at rest in Wayne on August 25, 2005. Devoted husband of Marcella (nee Trouse) Kelleher. Brother of Elizabeth Manning, Mary and Margaret Kelleher and the late William Kelleher. Brother-in-law of Dominic Trouse and his wife Patricia, Robert Trouse and Rosemarie Goetsch. Son of the late William and Anna (nee Ivers) Kelleher. Survivors include 6 nieces and nephews and 8 Grand nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of Holy Angels R.C. Church, Little Falls at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. As a member of the 1946 St. Benedicts Preparatory School baseball team, he was inducted with the team into the N.J. Sports Hall of Fame in 2004 for achieving a 64 game winning streak. Born and raised in Newark he lived in Bloomfield before moving to Little Falls 42 years ago. Mr. Kelleher received his Bachelors Degree in History and his Masters Degree in Personnel and Guidance from Seton Hall University, South Orange. He retired from the city of East Orange, 10 years ago in Municipal Government Administration. Prior to that he worked in Personnel and Labor Relations for Johnson & Johnson, New Brunswick and R.C.A. of America. Mr. Kelleher was a member of A.B.C., Little Falls and St. Benedicts Preparatory School Alumni Association, Newark. As a member of the 1946 St. Benedicts Preparatory School baseball team, he was inducted into the N.J. Sports Hall of Fame in 2004 for achieving 64 undefeated games. Preceeding him in death were his parents: William and Anna (nee Ivers) Kelleher A brother: William Kelleher Survivors include his wife: Marcella (nee Trouse) Kelleher of Little Falls, NJ 3 sisters: Elizabeth Manning of Hendersonville, NC Mary Kelleher of Bloomfield, NJ Margaret Kelleher of Bloomfield, NJ Also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, 8 grand nieces and nephews, 2 brothers-in-law and 2 sisters-in-law.
