Selvidge, Catherine (nee Conklin) of Wayne formerly of Paterson at rest in Wayne on August 11, 2003. Devoted wife of the late Harold Selvidge. Mother of Patricia Johnson and Kathleen Calero. Grandmother of Deborah Clark, Joseph Clark, and Patrick Calero. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 8:30 am. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard RC Church, Paterson at 9:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimers Association Greater NJ Chapter 400 Morris Avenue, Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834-1365 and/or The American Heart Association National Center 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75231 would be appreciated. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com. OBITUARY Catherine (nee Conklin) Selvidge age 79 of Wayne formerly of Paterson died Monday. Born in Paterson, NJ she lived most of her life in Paterson before moving to Wayne 2 years ago. She was a Soldering Assembler for Western Electric , Fair Lawn, NJ for many years after that she worked for Passaic County Adult Services in Wayne before retiring in 1996. She was a parishioner of St. Gerard RC Church, Paterson. Mrs. Selvidge was a member of the Wayne Elks #2181 Auxiliary. She was a member of the Wayne Senior Citizens. She was a member of the Wayne Leisure Club and the St. Gerard Senior Citizens Club. Preceeding her in death was her husband, Harold Selvidge Survivors include 2 daughters: Patricia Johnson of OHIO Kathleen Calero of Lincoln Park, NJ Also survived by 3 grandchildren. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
