Other than family, I haven't known anyone longer. We met in 1st grade at St. Mary's at age 5 and our friendship lasted till this day. Although our work schedules only allowed for occasional dinners over the past years, we managed to stay in touch on special occasions, although I was usually late sending your birthday card. I'll always remember spending Saturdays at your house as a kid playing with our Matchbox collection and I'll always be grateful that my best friend was also my best man. I'm still in shock. Rest in peace my friend.
