Kondel, Joseph J. of Totowa at rest in Wayne on August 6, 2006. Beloved husband of the late Lillian (nee Miskowsky) Kondel. Father of Ellen Tackach, Janet Capalbo, Daniel J. and Robert M. Kondel. Brother of John and Theodore Kondel. Grandfather of Ronald J. Capalbo, Daniel J. Kondel, Edward J. and Christine Tackach. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. OBITUARY Joseph J. Kondel age 81 of Totowa died Sunday. Born in Wallington he lived in Totowa for most of his life. He was a Machinist for Becton Dickenson, East Rutherford, NJ for 25 years before retiring. Mr. Kondel was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa. He was also a member of the St. James Knights of Columbus and was a WW II Army veteran. Preceeding him in death was his wife the former: Lillian Miskowsky Survivors include: 2 sons: Daniel J. Kondel of Highland Lakes NJ Robert M. Kondel of Totowa, NJ 2 daughters: Janet Capalbo of Phoenix, AR Ellen Tackach of Metuchen, NJ 2 brothers: John Kondel of Wallington, NJ Theodore Kondel of Wallington, NJ Also survived by 4 granchildren.
