Doris & Craig: Words can not express the sadness that we feel to hear of Ed's passing. We truly have to say that he was one of the nicest people on the face of the earth. May you both stay strong and remember what a good dad and husband he was. May he rest in peace. God bless him and the both of you.

Dear Doris and Craig,
Ed was a kind and caring man, always a good friend to all of us. We'll alwys remember how he included Jousef in all the weekend "activities" while trying to keep the boys entertained and happy. Craig, he was a very proud Dad and a good father. As for you Doris, Driving Miss Daisy kind of fits the bill the best. We all knew that Ed would do anything to make you happy. I'm sure he is resting peaceful and in a special place. Sending our love,
Linda and Reda

Dear Doris and Craig, Our deepest sympathy is with you at this difficult time. Ed's kind heart and good soul that he shared with everyone will truly be missed by us all. No one's lobster tails will ever compare to the ones Ed always got me at the crack of dawn! Ed is safe and peaceful in God's hands now. Find strength and comfort in knowing you did all you could for him and he is at rest now with all the strong love you gave him. No doubt, Ed is your brightest star shining down on you both now. Love, Melinda and Kent

Doris and Craig - my heart goes out to both of you at this time. My mom was so very concerned about Eddie and was so wanting to be a source of strength for you as you went through all of this Doris. Now she and Ed are supporting each other as they watch over us and we will have to be comfort and support each other down here. May they both rest in peace eternally until we meet them again!

Words can not express my sadness on hearing of Mr. DeMaio's passing. He was always a person that you could easily share a smile and a conversation with in our neighborhood. I hold many fond memories of times spent together on a weekend in the pool, or every Halloween him having a special trick or treat for me. He even carried on these traditons when I became a mom and he greeted my children with kindness. The neighborhood has lost a good friend and a great man in him. May he find peace after his long illness.

Doris and Craig, I can't begin to tell you what a sad sad week this has been. Ed was a 2nd father to me as a young boy and will forever remember the big guy with a heart of gold!
Im sure my mom and Eddie are sharing a good laugh (most likely at our expense) as we speak!!!
