Light a Candle
Light a candle for those we mourn.
Into a new life they will be born.
Do not look for them at the gravesite.
They are somewhere else radiating their beautiful light.
They have gone to a new world where there is no darkness, no pain.
Their light and essence will always remain.
Light a candle for those who have left this mortal place.
They are free to travel through time and space.
When we think of them, they are near.
When we sit in a beautiful garden. Their voices we hear.
When we listen to a divine symphony,
We close our eyes, their faces we see.
Light a candle for they have not really gone.
With each flickering flame, in your hearts they will always belong.

I want to thank all of you who have sent our family your thoughts and good wishes. It is nice to see that Tara had so many friends and had such a great impact on so many lives. She was loved and will truly be missed. Thanks to Festa for having this site. It is very nice of you to give everyone this opportunity to express their thoughts.

I worked with Tara at The Pompton Queen...we would talk on the phone too, even a few months after she got a different job.I remember how MUCH she loved her children and her Mother...she would cry after having words with her Mom or the kids,or talk about NOT wanting a boy-friend who didn't put her babies first...Tara was a hard worker and came from the heart! I'm 20 years older than her,but we communicated well.Tara was funny, intelligent and high-spirited...I'm sure she was just playing pool, havin'fun,on a free night...normal for her age etc....I DO know that she always meant WELL...a good soul...a good Mother....GOD BLESS....

My deepest thoughts are with the family of Tara. I work with her at the Pompton Queen Diner, she always made me laugh, and loved to talk about her children. She was a ray of sunshine for another mother like myself. I'm going to miss her big smile.Again my prayers to her family.
