Also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and his beloved Jackie dog. Richard J. Fortino age 55 of Kinnelon died Wednesday. Born in Paterson, NJ he lived in Paterson most of his life before moving to Kinnelon 15 years ago. He was a former councilman for the 2nd ward of the City of Paterson.
