Born in Jersey City, Arlene was raised in Totowa and lived in Totowa until 2013 before moving to Emmaus, Pennsylvania. She was a homemaker and was a volunteer for the Lehigh County Housing Authority. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside service at Laurel Grove Memorial Park (Chapel section), 295 Totowa Road, Totowa, on Friday at 11:00 AM.
