Decker, Peter Joseph age 72 of Woodland Park at rest in Paterson on July 4, 2024. Dear son of the late Lester P. and the late Mary E. (nee Coirin) Decker. Loving brother of Judy Nonemaker and her husband Karl of Roxbury Twp., Deb Decker of Woodland Park, Eddie Decker and his wife Mary of Sparta, and the late Mary Decker and the late Theresa Kral. Peter is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and friends. Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson for 19 years, Prospect Park for 20 years, Clifton for 29 years before recently moving to Woodland Park. He was a buyer for Facile Technologies, Paterson, before retiring in 2005. Mr. Decker was a huge classic rock fan. He was an avid NY Giant's fan and he loved his family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may visit Monday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
