Novak, Marie (nee Agens), age 87 of Wayne at rest in Wayne on March 8, 2024. Beloved wife of the late George Novak (2016). Loving mother of George S. Novak and his wife Elaine, Tracy Criger and her fiancé Tony Buffalino, and Donna Sabatino and her husband Anthony. Loving grandmother of Nicholas, Kyle, Matthew, Michael, Anthony, Adrianna and the late Mark. Dear daughter of the late Charles and the late Anne Agens. Born in Jersey City, she grew up in Harrison and spent her summers on Longwood Lake. She lived most of her life in Totowa before recently moving to Wayne. She was a homemaker for most of her life but prior to that she worked at RCA, Harrison, where she met her husband, George. Marie was a member of the Totowa PAL Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Cremation is private. Friends may visit Tuesday 4-7 PM.
