Devoted grandfather of Kevin Oscanoa, Kimberly Oscanoa, Christian Oscanoa, Xzavier Zion Medina, Xzaiden Ruben Medina, Ariana Faith Medina, Liam Andres Lazo, Leena Marrie Lazo, Liam Oscanoa and Kate Oscanoa. Dear great grandfather of Kiara Annalisse Oscanoa.

Brother of Flor Oscanoa, Esperanza Oscanoa, Teodulo Oscanoa, David Oscanoa, and the late Alicia Oscanoa and Florina Oscanoa. Survivors include many nieces and nephews.

Born in San Pedro de Cajas, Tarma, Junin, Peru, he came to the United States in 1976 and resided in Idaho, before moving to Paterson in 1978. Emiliano was a mechanic and owned Oscanoa Auto Repair, LLC, Paterson for many years. He was very family oriented and always willing to help. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 8:45 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Friday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
