Obituary of Joan M. Guarino

Guarino, Joan M. (nee Hueck), age 93 of Nazareth, PA at rest in Nazareth, PA on January 6, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Carmine Guarino. Loving mother of Steven Guarino and his wife Lynda of Nazareth, PA. Dear grandmother of Morgan and Kyle Guarino. Also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson, then Forks Township, then Palmer Township, before moving to Nazareth. She worked in the Trust Department for First National Bank, Totowa. After that, she was an administrative assistant for Small Business Administration, Newark for many years, before retiring. After retirement, she owned The Posey Patch, a gift shop, Woodland Park. She would make flower arrangements and wedding flowers. She also sang in the choir at St. Jane Frances de Chantal, Easton, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 11:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Thursday 10-11 AM.
