Leonilda Nuñez, 83 of Paterson, NJ, died on December 8th 2023. Born in Las Marias, Puerto Rico in 1940 to Agapito Nuñez and Petra Irrizary. Retired after over 20 years from Hackensack University Hospital. She was preceded in death by both parents and a few siblings. She is survived by her daughter Evelyn Gonzalez, brothers Santiago Nuñez, Marcos Nuñez, Jose Ramon Nuñez, Angel Luis Nuñez and sisters Juanita Perez and Maria Nuñez Brito. She adored her daughter, her family and was a dedicated employee. She will be missed dearly by all of her family, friends and coworkers. Visitation services will be held at Festa Memorial Funeral Home 111 Union Blvd., on Tuesday, December 12th from 4-8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 13th at 10 AM with an entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa.
