Obituary of Keith M. Monahan

Monahan, Keith Michael age 64 of Woodland Park at rest in Newark on July 27, 2023. Beloved husband of the former Ann Baldwin. Loving Father of Kelsey Monahan of Woodland Park. Dear son of Nancy Monahan and the late Michael F. Monahan. Brother of Nancy Gay Peterson & her husband Eric, Susan Patricia Matthew, and Raymond William Monahan and Blanca. Also survived by many other friends and family. Born in Jersey City, he grew up in Wood Ridge where he lived for 20 years before moving to Woodland Park 20 years ago. He was a Warehouse Manager for All Seasons Movers, Elizabeth. He was an outdoorsman and loved spending time camping, fishing, and teaching others how to fish. He was a member of the Sons of the VFW. He was also an avid Yankee fan and a good baseball player and loved teaching his nieces and nephews how to play. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Monday at 9:30 AM. Funeral services to follow at Totowa United Methodist Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Committal at Cedar Lawn Cemetery Crematory, Paterson. Friends may visit Sunday 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Eleventh Hour Rescue and/or St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center, would be appreciated.
