Obituary of Phyllis Lucille Cavallaro

Cavallaro, Phyllis Lucille (nee Drada) age 91 of Totowa at rest in West Milford on July 16, 2023. Beloved wife of sixty two years to the late Ralph A. Cavallaro (2016). Loving mother of Ralph G. Cavallaro and his wife Pamela, James Cavallaro and his wife Janet, Richard Cavallaro and his wife Maureen and Lisa Leach and her husband David. Dear grandmother of David Cavallaro, Thomas Cavallaro, Melissa Bowlin, Anthony Leach and Corey Madsen. Great-grandmother of Gabriella Cavallaro, Johannah Cavallaro, Jolene Bowlin, Tyler Madsen and Justin Madsen. Sister of the late Raymond Drada, the late Jane Fierro, the late Frances Baran and the late Frank Drada. Sister-in-law of Giulio Cavallaro and his wife Joan, and Marge Drada. Born in Clifton, she lived most of her life in Totowa. She worked part-time as a key punch operator for Automatic Data Processing, Clifton for many years before retiring in 1993. She was also a homemaker. Upon retiring, she took an active role in caring for her grandchildren during their younger years. She also enjoyed sitting on the front porch talking with her neighbors. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Entombment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Wednesday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
