Obituary of Dominic DiMartino

DiMartino, Dominic age 60 of Woodland Park at rest in Hackensack on May 27, 2023. Beloved husband of Joanne (nee Forgione) DiMartino of Woodland Park. Loving father of Alessia Donnelly and her husband Jimmy, Joseph DiMartino, and Julia DiMartino. Doting son of Giuseppina (nee Arrabito) and the late Giuseppe DiMartino. Dear brother of Anna Marie Valente and her husband Joseph. Dear brother in-law of Carlo Forgione and his wife Rose and Giuseppe Forgione and his wife Carrie. Loving uncle of Joseph, Stephen, and John Paul Valente, Giuliana, Gabriella, and Kristen Forgione. He is also survived by his best friend, "Louie". Born in Santa Croce Camerina, Sicily, Italy, he lived in Italy until 1972 before immigrating to the United States. Upon arriving in the United States, he settled in Paterson before moving to Woodland Park. He was an automobile salesman for Lexus of Englewood for many years. Prior to that Dominic worked as an aircraft mechanic at Curtiss-Wright Flight Systems, Fairfield for 20 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery Mausoleum, East Hanover. Friends may visit Tuesday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
