Vicino, Barbara "Bobbie" J. (nee Wagoner) age 84 of Wayne, formerly of Totowa at rest in Wayne on March 29, 2023. Loving mother of Jackie Bachem and her husband Peter of Lake George, N.Y., Keith Schaffer and his wife Tamara of Totowa and the late Roger Schaffer (2011). Mother in Law of Stella Schaffer of Secaucus. Dear grandmother of Kyle Bachem, Chase Schaffer, Dylan Bachem, Nicole Schaffer, Aniello Schaffer, Nick Schaffer, Chrystle Padron, Robert Schaffer and Thomas Schaffer. Great grandmother of six. Sister of Doreen Haigh of FL and Tim Wagoner of Budd Lake. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, she lived in Totowa most of her life before moving to Wayne. Barbara worked for the Passaic County Sheriff's Department, Paterson for twenty two years retiring as a Sergeant in 2001. Barbara was a member of PBA Local #286. She enjoyed trips to Atlantic City. She cherished any time spent with her children and grandchildren especially on the holidays. Cremation is private. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
