I grew up calling you Uncle Johnny right along side your nieces and my best friend Tina. You were always the cool and funny uncle. I remember how much you loved your nieces and how you lit up the room and everyone's hearts when you came home from work. I wished I had an uncle of my own who was the same with me. Looking back, some of the sarcastic jokes went over my head but I now remember that sense of humor with a smile. I don't know if you realized the magnitude of the role you played in the lives of your loved ones. You always were there for everyone and worked hard all of your life to make sure everyone was OK. May you be covered in mercy, peace and blessings Uncle Johnny, along with Grandma, Uncle Carlo, Anna, your father and the rest of your siblings. Amen.
