Tozzi, Michele V. age 95 of Fair Lawn at rest in Paterson on September 16, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Camille "Dolly" (nee Iurato) Tozzi (2009). Loving father of Michael Tozzi, Jr. and his wife Tracy. Dear brother of the late Nicola, Luigi and Consiglia Tozzi. Born in Ischitella, Italy, he came to the United States in 1957and resided in Secaucus before moving to Fair Lawn. He was a Printer for United Textile, Secaucus, for many years. After that he owned a luncheonette in Ridgewood. He also worked for the Fair Lawn DPW before retiring. Michele was a longtime parishioner of St. Michael R.C. Church, Paterson and a member of the Sons of Italy. He served in the Italian Navy on a battleship and submarine and was a fisherman in Italy. Michele was an Italian Bull with a heart of gold that drank his homemade wine every night. He was a fabulous cook and loved his koi pond, fig trees and tomatoes. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Michael R.C. Church, 70 Cianci Street, Paterson, on Saturday September 24, 2022 at 10:30 AM. Cremation was private at the request of the family. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Michael R.C. Church, 70 Cianci Street, Paterson, NJ 07501 would be appreciated.
