Coiro, Rose (nee Agresti), age 97 of Totowa at rest in Totowa on May 31, 2022. Beloved wife of Raffaele Coiro of Totowa. Loving mother of John Coiro and his wife Mary Grace of Totowa, and Angelo Coiro and his wife Karen of Totowa. Adoring grandmother of Alyssa Bronkowski and her husband Allan, Matthew Coiro and his wife Emily, Danielle, Angelo, and Kevin Coiro. Doting great-grandmother of Ava and Giuliana Bronkowski. Dear sister of Nina Zarra, Giuseppe Di Paola, and the late Antoinette Lobosco and the late Dominic Agresti. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Born in San Mango Cilento, Prov. di Salerno, Italy, she immigrated to the United States in May of 1955 aboard the Andrea Doria and resided in Totowa. She was a Seamstress at All Star Fashions, Paterson before retiring. Rose was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa. She was a member of the Italian American Independent Club and the Totowa Seniors. She enjoyed cooking for her family and any visitors who would come to her house. She also loved spending time at her house down the shore. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Friday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Thursday from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
