Obituary of Patricia Rocca

Rocca, Patricia (nee Mazza), age 79 of Little Falls at rest in Wayne on May 25, 2022. Beloved wife of Joseph J. Rocca. Loving mother of Joseph S. Rocca and his wife Terri. Dear grandmother of Victoria Rocca. Sister of Judy Post. Godmother of Justin Frank. Best friend to Cathy Cahn. Aunt to her favorite niece, Kim Frank and many nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, she lived most of her life in Paterson, before moving to Little Falls. She was an 8th Grade School Teacher for the Paterson Board of Education, School #5, Paterson, for forty-four years before retiring. Mrs. Rocca was Teacher of the Year. She was on the Green Acres Open Space Committee. She also worked for Bill Pascrell. She was involved in anything political and volunteered her time with numerous committees. Mrs. Rocca was also a breast cancer survivor. All services are private at the request of the family. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
