Obituary of John L Ralston

Ralston, John Louis age 84 of Totowa at rest in Totowa on November 11, 2021. Beloved husband of 60 years to Marilyn (nee Cerruti) Ralston. Loving father of Susan Falone and her husband, Louis of Totowa, Amy Schwarz and her husband Kent of Morris Plains, Tara Morrison and her husband, Kevin of Morristown, Ronald Ralston of Totowa, and the late Robert Ralston (2012). Dear brother of Barbara Mc Carren of Toms River and David Ralston of FL. Devoted grandfather of Louis John Falone, Chelsea Falone, Jenna Morrison, Kaitlyn Morrison and John Ralston. He is also survived by his beloved pet dog, Mia and several nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, he lived in West Paterson before moving to Totowa in 1964. John was the owner/proprietor of Ralston Radiator, Paterson for many years before retiring in 1987. He was a US Navy veteran and an avid NY Met fan. He enjoyed traveling the USA with his wife in his RV and he collected antique cars and enjoyed working on them. He cherished any time spent with his family and grandchildren especially on the holidays. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may visit Sunday 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
