Obituary of Nancy Ann Mecca

Mecca, Nancy Ann (nee Mentone), age 68 of Totowa at rest in Glen Ridge on October 24, 2021. Beloved wife of Mark Sciacca of Totowa. Dear daughter of Theresa (nee Doscher) Mentone and the late Francis Mentone. Sister of the late Frank Mentone. She is also survived by her Aunt Helen Romanowski and her husband Jerry of Ringwood and her three nephews, Christopher, Timothy, and Nicholas Mentone. Born in Paterson, she lived in Totowa for all of her life. She was an Administrative Assistant for Prudential, Newark, for 45 years before retiring in 2016. Nancy was a board member for the nonprofit Rebuilding Together North Jersey, Oakland and a member of the Totowa United Methodist Church, Totowa. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Friday at 9:30 AM. Funeral service to follow at Totowa United Methodist Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Cremation will be private. Friends may visit Thursday 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM.
