Obituary of Marie Mc Kane

Mc Kane, Marie (nee Zaccaro), age 91 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on July 25, 2021. Beloved wife of sixty five years to James Mc Kane of Paterson. Loving mother of Maria Fox and her husband Ken of Greenville, NY. and the late Patrice Squillante (June 3, 2021). Dear grandmother of Leia and James Fox and Elise and Andrew Squillante. Mother in law of Frank Sqillante of Bernardston, MA. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Born in Yonkers, NY., she lived in Paterson for most of her life. She was an Executive Secretary before becoming a Registered Nurse at the age of sixty, and worked in hospice care until her retirement. Marie was a great cook. She was a snow bird to Florida and enjoyed traveling, especially to Italy. She cherished any time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren who loved her wit and wisdom. Cremation will be private. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105.
