Mr. Brino was my softball pitching coach & team coach for many years in Totowa. He'd always work with me on Sundays at the PAL pitching clinic in the 1980s. What a nice, kind, knowledgeable, very patient man. So sorry to read this today. My condolences to his entire family.

I was honored to bring Ken on board at Liberty Science Center for the Explore 2000 experiment. He mentored all of us on the education team and brought such joy and enthusiasm to what was his second (or third or fourth?? career). I will always treasure the time I got to work with him and the stories of his family and the fish that traveled with him to Cape May each weekend. Ken's spirit lives on in all the people he taught and mentored. My condolences to Rose and his beautiful family.

I was saddened to hear about the passing of Ken. Ken and I worked together at Bloomfield College from 2002 until I retired.
I will definitely miss Ken's calm personality and gentle nature. Ken was always there with a helping hand when we needed him. I feel lucky to have known him for the entire time I was at Bloomfield College. In addition, Ken was instrumental in bringing the Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society to the College, and he was its first Counselor.
To Rose and the entire family, I hope all your memories will sustain you through this difficult time.

Ken was so welcoming to me when I took over his position at Bloomfield College on his retirement. He was patient as I learned the ins and outs, was always there to help or answer questions, and above all, he cared for the students. He was so proud of his own children and his grandchildren and loved to talk about them. He told me how much he loved Cape May and how much I would like it if I ever got down there. And the Santas!!! He loved Christmas, and the first time I came to see his Santa display I was blown away!! Ken, I miss you so much, but I know you are happy and healthy now. Your work inspired me and countless others to be the best we can be. “Preparation is Everything”
Sending prayers and love to the family...

We have nothing but wonderful memories of Ken, he was a kind, funny and generous man. All the hours at PAL inspiring hundreds of girls and boys. While it was hard work there were many fun times. At family and social event you would always find Ken laughing and smiling.
His Santa collection was a delight to see every year.
He left a beautiful legacy with this family. Rest In Peace Ken

We are so sorry to hear of Ken’s passing. He was such a wonderful person and positively affected my family and me for many years. I worked with him in Cedar Grove and then he hired me to be a college supervisor at Bloomfield College. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the trust he had in me to take on this responsibility and how much I have enjoyed this experience. My wife, Barbara, worked as a parent volunteer at North End School when he was the principal. My daughter, Casey, was his student at North End School and is now a teacher at South End School. Unfortunately, we will be away and cannot personally pass along our condolences, but we wanted to let you know how much he meant to us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Sincerely, Bob, Barbara and Casey Dunn.
