Obituary of Marie Happle

Happle, Marie (nee Mc Namara), age 94 of Lincoln Park at rest in Lincoln Park on June 23, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Martin O. Happle (1985). Loving mother of Nancy Jorgensen and her husband Ken of MA, Charlotte Happle and her wife Jean Hopkins of VA, Elaine Gambuti and her husband Tom of DE, Theresa Allen and her husband Mike of Hillsboro, NJ, Thomas Happle and his wife Carla of CO, Edward Happle of Fort Lee, NJ and Martin Happle and his wife Susanna of Parlin, NJ. Dear sister of Eileen Mc Namara of Lincoln Park, NJ. Also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson for most of her life, before moving to Toms River in 1989, then Lincoln Park. She was a Diet Aide for Wayne General Hospital, Wayne, for twenty years before retiring in 1989. She was the historian for the Women's Auxiliary for the Holly Twigs, Toms River and a member of the Holiday City Toms River "Red Hats" Womens Group. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may visit Friday 4-8 PM.
