Cascio, Eugene age 62 of North Haledon at rest in Oakland on June 1, 2021. Dear son of the late Eugene and the late Marion (nee Antoci) Cascio. Loving brother of Anna Marie Giannella and her husband Alfred of Matthews, NC and Lorraine Van Tassel and her husband Roy of Mooresville, NC. Dear uncle of Roy Van Tassel III, David Van Tassel, Stephen Giannella and Gina Qasim. Grand uncle of Abigail Van Tassel, Grace Van Tassel, Victoria Van Tassel, David Van Tassel, Jr., Eva Qasim and Karly Qasim. Born in Paterson, he lived in North Haledon for most of his life. Gene was the owner of Sterling Party Rentals & MC Limousine Company, Paterson. He was a member of the Fidelians of America. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 8:45 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Mary's RC Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Friday 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
