Obituary of Ronald John Woods

Woods, Ronald John, age 75 of Fairfield at rest in Glen Ridge on April 29, 2021. Beloved father of Stephanie A. Yennie and her Fiance, Jim Deignan of Totowa, Ronald John Woods, Jr. and his Longtime Companion Christina Andujar of Fairfield and the late Cheryl Woods (1993). Dear grandfather of Sean Michael Yennie, Jr. Brother of Kathy Lo Porto of Paterson, Carol Pergola of Garfield and the late Richard Woods. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and his beloved Pet Dog, Shelby. Born in Paterson, he lived in Fairfield for most of his life. He was Owner/proprietor of C&S Machine, Inc., Fairfield, for many years before retiring in 2016. Mr. Woods was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan. He loved to fish. He was a handyman and a jack of all trades. He enjoyed dining at Don Pepes Steak House in Pine Brook. He collected classic cars, and built and drove go karts. He cherished time spent with his family, especially his grandson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Tuesday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
