Marana, Susan M. (nee Francisco), age 68 of Totowa at rest in Paterson on April 15, 2021. Beloved wife of Ralph J. Marana of Totowa. Dear daughter of the late Henry Joseph and the late Lucy Grace (nee Piccirillo) Francisco. Sister of the late Henry and the late Daniel Francisco. Dear Aunt of Jason Francisco. Loving niece of Antoinette Maurici of Italy, Bob Francisco and the late Jack Francisco, the late Fred Francisco, and the late Gloria Moscolo. Susan is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Born in Nyack, NY she lived in Totowa for most of her life. She was a manicurist for many years in Fort Lee and Franklin Lakes before retiring. Mrs. Marana was a member of the Alda Club which provides support, advocacy, and outreach for the hard of hearing. She loved to cook, she loved animals, and she loved her grandmother Philomia. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Friday April 23rd at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit Thursday 4:00 - 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Diabetes Association 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900 Arlington, VA 22202, would be appreciated.
